The Unlock Sprints™ practice consists of four steps:

  1. Ask: Ask a human question that can help us uncover previously unseen opportunities
  2. Acquire: Acquire the necessary data to answer that question
  3. Analyze: Analyze that data for insights, questions, and ideas
  4. Act: Formulate an action plan
